Question 1
i have a car problem here r the symptoms? 1999 Chrysler 300M 3.5/6cylinder.?...  The motor has recently started bucking or starting to cut out then catches itself and starts back up. I have already used fuel injection cleaner and changed the plugs. Please somebody help.
OK I'M ADDING TO THE ABOVE........my car has already been put on the computer twice and absoluty nothing showed up, and to Mike, my Dad lives over an hour away and he's 75, there's no boyfriend or husband. It's just me and I rely on the help from others when needed. Thank you so much for your input. I truly appreciate it, but now that you know it's been on the computer what do I do now?
Oh yeah, I'm sorry but I don't understand what all these initials stand for....lol. I'm better w/the non computer cars.....lol.

1)   Your muffler bearings are shot. - Nate

2)   you need pro help/can be number of things/afm/ecm/egr/fuel pump etc/dont keep throwing parts at it/can get expensive and still not fix it - ken k

3)   We need more information. I can suggest going to a parts store, like Autozone, where they will read the engine computer codes for free. - C-Tech

4)   Hi Fyebyrd,

This could be several issues. Could be a timing issue, in which case you will need a new timing belt. Another timing issue could be coming from a bad Cam Sensor. If your car 'surges' like my 96 Concorde with a 3.5, at 50 km/h (30 mph), the rpms will drop to 750 then surge up to 1200 and continue until I get up to 60 km (40 mph), then it could be a bad Throttle Position Sensor. Could also be problems with your ECM, there is a whole pile of other things this could be. As another answerer said, take it to your parts store and have them do a diagnostic on it, it will give you all the trouble codes and then you can repair them. If your dad or boyfriend/husband has a code reader, make them feel needed and ask them to do it for you.
I say "give me an old fashioned points and condenser system where the engine has only a dozen wires going to it and I'm happy" Gotta love engineers! - Mike

thanks.

Answers
1)   Year One. I assume you mean the Billboard stripe. Year One has them for the 340, 383, 440, and HEMI logo. About $230.

On the left-hand side of the page find Catalog Links then click Mopar A/B/E bodies. Then click Stripes and Decals - Mad Jack

2)   Yeah, check Year One and even Phoenix Graphics. - done wrenching

3)   I don't remember the Barracuda ever having a longitudinal stripe other than maybe a double pinstripe, but anyway try http://phoenixgraphix.com/, they may have it.

The '70 Challenger R/T had a longitudinal stripe if it was so ordered. - Don't know everything !
