Question 5
where is the computer located on a 1995 Chrysler LHS?...

Answers
1)   If you're looking for the main comp=PCM check under the air filter housing. - helpful bob

2)   First, the fact that you asked where the "computer" is is an indication that you have no idea of what's wrong with the car, there's at least 6 control modules on this car (each control module is like a computer for the specific area of the car that it controls).

Second, if you don't know where the "computer" is, my first question to you is: Why do you think it needs replaced?

Chances are it doesn't need the computer replaced and will need something else to fix it. If it was professionally diagnosed, then fine, get it replaced. If it was a buddy, or someone who thinks they know about cars that said something along the lines of "it probably needs a new computer", or if this is just a guess on your part, then don't replace the computer.

Before replacing an expensive item like this, it's always best to have it professionally diagnosed to find out the true problem. A diagnostic charge will usually run somewhere in the $75 to $125 range, depending on local labor rates. This will be less than replacing a perfectly good PCM, and should pinpoint the problem. - Mark B
