Question 2
Why can't I find a Chrysler Aspen on the Chrysler website?...  I have looked at the website and saw the vehicle lineup, but nowhere did it show the Aspen. I'm interested about learning more about this car, but through the internet... not by going to a dealer so I can get those annoying "come back" and "special offer" phone calls. Any help?

Answers
1)   They've discontinued that particular model: no 2010s were produced.

Check one of the buying-advice sites like edmunds.com or MSN Autos. - Windowphobe

2)   The Aspen has been discontinued. If you really like the car, then get a Dodge Durango. It is the exact same car, just different emblems. - Kenny

3)   Dodge stopped making the aspen in 1980.

google dodge aspen wiki

That should get you started.

Dodge website will be geared toward current production - chris c

4)   The Chrysler Aspen, their version of the Dodge Durango, was discontinued. If you want a brand new Aspen, you'll have to stick with a Durango. - Turbo Joe

Question 3
2.7 chrysler engines?...  I am interested in anyone having good or bad experiences with this engine in their Dodge/Chrysler car

Answers
1)   The 2.7 L is a known sludge prone engine, if its been maintained properly, frequent oil changes and with synthetic oil preferably, its a good engine. - pbleek

2)   the 2.7 is known to have problems even if it is properly maintained so my best advice is to avoid it at all costs unless it has very very low miles - wolfman

3)   The 2.7 in the LH body (Intrepid,Concorde,300M) are garbage. The timing system will need to be redone. Also new water pump to accomodate new timing cover. In the JA/JX body, they are positioned different and have far fewer problems. Nobody knows why. - mr huh

Question 4
If the Fuel pressure Sensor is going bad on 1987 Plymouth Caravelle how would car react?...

Answers
1)   it would start and spit and spudder the shut off. or miss alot - Shane

2)   Fuel pressure sensor? - done wrenching

3)   It doesn't have a sensor. It does however have a fuel pressure regulator behind the valve cover in the return line. If it goes bad it will either cause the fuel pressure going to the delivery rail to have too much pressure and might cause the car's fuel mileage to go down or if the spring inside it rusts out or breaks, it will not get enough pressure to the rail and you could loose power on accelerations. - Jackolantern

Question 5
what kind of plug wires, cap and rotor should i use on a 89 chrysler fifth avenue 5.2 L?...

Answers
1)   chrysler OEM parts would be the best, it's what your car came with from the factory. but that would be expensive.

if this car is just your daily driver and not a "show" car, I would suggest going to the local auto parts store and buy what they recommended or have on the shelf that's reasonably priced.

BTW- don't forget to change the spark plugs at the same time - PAUL

2)   Champion spark plugs r12yc if my mind serves me right, whatever brand you can find with brass inserts for the cap and rotor, (it lasts longer than cheaper aluminum ones), and any kind of plug wire will usually do the trick. make sure to keep the plug wires away from the exhaust manifolds so they won't melt, and always check the spark plug gaps even though they come gapped already, your gap should be .035 inch. - HunnyBunny

3)   Champion plugs and the rest mopar. - done wrenching
