Is the Chrysler PT Cruiser a cool car for a guy to drive?
I'm looking to buy my first car soon, and I found several 2006-2008 PT Cruisers for sale within my price range. They are hatchbacks with AC, Power windows and lock, MP3 connectivity, etc. Basically fully loaded.
I also really love the styling of them, inside and out. I like retro cars and the PT Cruiser has retro good looks on the exterior and interior.
So, is the PT Cruiser a cool car for a guy?

Yeah I generally think old lady when i see a pt cruiser.

It's kind of like buying a Miata... But if you like it, go for it, the HHR is much better IMO in reliability, but I like the PT Cruiser's styling better

Lol, you might what to clarify your question.
I believe those cars are easy to steal, from what I've read online
Aaron B.
with the right tools any car can be stolen.

The guy that sold you the car was blowing smoke up your ass. No car is hard to steal if it is wanted bad enough and the good theifs will go to salvage yards and practice and time themselves. I can even defeat a low jack alarm system. And one of the hardest cars to steal is a Rolls Royce. But not impossible

tow truck?
Steve
I knew a guy that used to sell used car alarms...This was after he parted out the stolen cars he had!!!!!!!!Sounds like you might need one if you get your car back.

That would depend on whether or not you had a security system...factory or not. If your key is black, you did not have the factory system. If it is gray and pretty thick, you have the Sentry immobilizer system installed...if this is the case then whoever took it knew what they were doing.

Is a 2008 Chrysler 300c a reliable car, because my dad just got 1 n my friends r saying American cars are bad?
I really love the car.. but im really sad if it is true because my dad would have invested in something bad, when money is real tight these days.
Also are Chrysler parts cheap to fix. and can mechanic work on it since it's not a foreign car.

That's a really good car. It's easy and cheap to maintain. You're friends don't know what they're talking about. Literally.

Tell them to kiss your a$$, then lose them with that Hemi powered land yacht.

It's an EXCELLENT choice for reliability, comfort, style, and POWER!

Your friend is jealous you now have a HOT car to drive in! My 2006 has had some minor problems, but it runs awesome and never a major issue and I look great in it! If your dad bought a 2008, most likely he has a warrenty. Just make sure when that is almost up, you purchase the extended warrenty. When that's up, he'll be ready for a new car about 5 years from now. This is one of the best looking cars out there for the money on the America Roadways!

Should I put a Six pack Holley Carb on my 1973 Plymouth Fury I Police Interceptor?
It has a V8 400ci, with early emission controlled devices. Also can accept both Leaded and Unleaded fuels(although unleaded gas must be 91 Octane are greater)

[Best Answer]no... It's hard as hell to tune the three carbs. You'll either be bogged down when you're just cruising... or way too lean on the top end. A 750 4 barrel would be perfect for your motor. If you didn't know... the mopar 400 is a bored out 383. Although not as popular as the hemi or the 440. You can run the dog shite out of a 383 all day and it'll ask for more!!! Awesome motor!!!

I would if it was mine.

The six pack set up was horrendously hard to get running right. I would stick with a decent 750 CFM 4 Barrel and a dual plane manifold.

Yup if that is what you want, going for looks and performence, yes, Just balls out performence, then no
rick b
Unless you have progressive throttle linkage, I would say no. Trying to synchronize 3 carbs can be a bear. I go along with the others. Stick with a 4 bbl. They work well.
