1) Once upon a time I owned a Chevelle, then a Nova, then I bought a Challenger and it was Mopars ever since.
Now Mopars are too expensive and my latest project car is a Ford. - CAB
2) i think that all manufactures make good and bad cars. if you had a mustang vs a chevy aveo ? or a focus vs. srt 8 challenger or a cammaro ss vs. hhr. so i think that when people are die hard fans of one brand they are foolish. - alex
3) both are great. i love Ford too. (i have a '65 mustang lol) but i definately love both Chevy and Mopar. But in regard which I would choose, i'd probably go with Mopar. I loveeee the Challengers, 'Cudas, Darts, Super Bees, and so on. Plus the Hemi engine? damn. straight up beasts. But Chevy definately has some good shit too lol. but i probably lean a little more towards Mopar. - Stone1
4) Personally, I am a diehard Mopar fan. My family has been going to the Mopar shows and driving them/working on them for years. They're all around good cars. Same with Chevy Muscle cars, but like I said, personally, Mopar for me. - Adriana
5) well my 3 favorite car companies are GM, Nissan Motors, and Volkswagen Auto Group.. however i'm not going to tell you a chevy.. because as much as a like chevy, mopar makes me do the oooh ahhh when i see one thats nice.. since their are far less mopars out there than chevys so if your in the position to get an older mopar DO IT! - Jackson
6) Honestly, I never saw a muscle car I did'nt want.
My last project was my 90 YJ Wrangler.
Finished it last year and have had a blast with it since.
Current projects ar a 32 Ford Highboy Roadster for myself. And yes it WILL have a flathead! And a 53 Chevy pickup for my son. We found it extremely clean and intact in a barn (yes that still happens). We've got a few years on the 53 as he is 11 yrs old now, but he's made it very clear it WILL be finished by the time he gets his permit. And yes, he's doing the work, I'm the helper on that project. - Dave
7) Mopars rule. - badbill1941
8) mopar or no car. i am the proud owner of a 1971 roadrunner packing an all mopar 440 with four speed in the floor. i wouldnt trade this car for anything - Tony F
9) Chevies are cool muscle cars, but mopars have a bit of swagger and fury going on, that kicks a__ __. - done wrenching
10) Mopar Muscle...Chevy's are nice, but the record books speak for themselves, "yep" it's got a HEMI in it! - columbusmopar

Question 2
what is the cost to replace front brakes on a 2003 chrysler voyager?... The van is making a grinding sound
Answers
1) It can cost anywhere from $80 to $200 depending on the condition of the rotors, calipers, bearings ect. - Eminence Vox
2) a lot cheaper than now , since the grinding started....your brake shoes are shot, so the bare caliper is grinding down your rotor....so they'll prolly tell you a new rotor for both sides, new calipers and new shoes...
cost can be from $50 to $200 depending on where you go and what you get done. - Abey c
3) It will cost $69.99 at Midas, and it's guaranteed for life. Read the fine print, though. Get it there safely, and do it before you cause major damage. - dale b
4) If it is making a grinding sound then the rotors are ruined. Plan on $150 to 250 depending on the damage now. - C-Tech
5) More like $3-400 since it sounds like you will need rotors also. - doane_nut
6) call parts store ask for price on brake pads and rotors might be under 100 go to a shop might be 500 my wife replaces her own brake as do i which is easy
just type into search box
how to replace brake pads
how to replace brake rotors
but you can call three local shops and a better answer knowing that you most likley mess up rotors if you hear gringing you have gone to far shoul dhave had brake repalce months ago just cost you more money could have replace brake pads 30 bucks 1 hour work not much harder than replacing a flat tire pretty simple job really been doing brakes 40 yrs myself never had to take a car to have them done - kelly_f_1999

Question 4
my father was changing my spark plugs on my minivan, town and country 2000 and he also changed the air filter?... now he says the hose to the air filter was corroted and old so we did not have one handy, he put tape on the hose (little small hose I suppose that goes next to air filter) this morning when i was driving the car, there were some fumes and my engine light came on also the speedometer did not go past 40 miles per hour, it was driving better before can this be the problem?
Answers
1) nope wouldnt do it but might have misplace a plug wire or didnt repalce something he removed plugs or air filter wouldnt do it - kelly_f_1999
2) I doubt it sounds like a sensor has went bad go to your local auto parts they will give you free diagnostic check - B
3) depends what engine light came on! is it one with an oil can on it? or a battery? temperature? . let me know and go from there.
If the smoke is blue-ish then it means its not burning the fuel properly and oils getting burned instead if it's running bad and not accelerating well especially from stationary then probably the gap in the plug leads may need checked or the leads have put on incorrectly.
For example: the lead that should be on one cylinder got mixed with another , very easily done. - Cheeky_monkee
4) probably left a rag in the air box, did "dad use spray cleaner on the engine, like the air box or the rotted hose, that's probably the fumes, have the engine scanned for the fault codes, probably has a wire crossed - columbusmopar

Question 5
I need a duplicate key made for my 2004 Chrysler Sebring. How much should this cost me? Thank you.?...
Also, I have called several chrysler dealerships and several companies to duplicate the key. They told me the key would cost between $90 and $150.00 because it has to be programmed with my car and into the system at Chrysler. Is this just a way for them to make money or is the cost of this legit? Any help appreciated.
Answers
1) if its a regular key about 3 bucks if its a pass key go to the dealer and get it for about 12 bucks - Steve
2) They are telling you the truth about the programming. An auto locksmith may be cheaper. I get $65. - Hillbilly Locksmith
3) If its the Gray "Sentry" key, I get mine on ebay for $15 shipped. If you already have two keys, you can program the third yourself with the instructions a good seller will give you. I have used sellers name "remotewholesale" with good results. - JohnB
4) The price quoted is about right at $90 but think they are charging to much for the programing as in most cars that is not a big deal... go to a locksmith and check, they should be able to do all for about 80 to 85 dollars. - LT
