Chrysler 300 or Crossfire?... Which one do u think is better?? I like the crossfire but it only seats 2! Its a toss up tho! a 300 looks nice with rims!
Answers
1) I have a 300 and its great. I know you like the crossfire butt what about when you want to go out with friends or a trip. I love my 300 - kdbg69
2) Your comparing apples to meatloaf. It all depends on what you want, if you don't ever need to haul anything or seat more than 2 people then get the crossfire. If you need to seat 5 then the sedan. I don't think anyone would disagree the crossfire looks cooler but if it doesn't fit you needs its not worth it. - Landon
3) Take the 300. Is their anything we need to decide for you? - C-Tech
4) Choose the 300, My dad owned one for 4 years and it was amazing, No problems what so ever plus its a real eye catcher, Its great when want to park next to the BMW and Lexus crowd and not look like everybody else - Maximilian King
5) the 300. hands down. - Da Pumpkin

Question 3
1995/6 Chrysler Town and Country?... ok here it goes,
1. What year should i go by? All of the 1995 vans are square but this one is more of a rounded shape like a 1996, but the date on the door sticker says 5-95.
2. What do you think is wrong? The van pretty much lost 3rd gear and overdrive.
3. OBD codes? I attached my OBDII to this van and i came up with the codes : ISO9141, KWP2000, J1850PUM, J1850VWP. Autozone couldn't tell me what any of these are. . . .
i just found out that the OBD codes are just the computers communicating, but no other code has come up.
Answers
1) ok, your town and country/voyager is a 95 manufactured voyager, newer shape. your voyager transmission is in "LIMP MODE", caused by incorrect tranny fluid and lack of tranny services. rebuild will cost around $4500 AUD. I had a 98 voyager for 6 years from 2003 to 2009, developed same prob, had to sell to wrecker for $1000. cost me $26,000 AUD in 2003 - Darren Petersen
2) Your 1996 T & C was built in May of 95. Your trans is in what is called "limp-in" mode. It stays in second gear because the computer has detected a flaw. The flaw could be low fluid level due a leak, to worn internal parts requiring a rebuild. Try checking the trans fluid level. If it is low, then fill it to the right level. Disconnect the battery for a minute to allow the computer to reset. If is starts and shifts ok, then find the leak, repair it, flush the fluid and change the filter. If the trans goes back to limp-in right away, then it may need a rebuild. Good luck. - C-Tech
3) C-Tech is right.
Also if it's in LIMP-IN mode the WILL be a trouble code but you code reader may not be capable of reading the transmission side of the PCM.
Limp the van over to Autozone and have them put their scanner on it and make sure you ask them to check for transmission codes.
Best of Luck! - Fukkin Suspended

Question 5
stock mopar 360 and stock mopar 440?... does anyone know how much a mopar 360 and a mopar 440 weigh
Answers
1) It depends what's bolted on them. A good guess for a complete engine with manifolds is 560 for a 360 and 650 for a 440. - D
2) The 440 is a whopping 670 pounds (remember this is an RB engine) to the 360's demure 560 pounds. These figures are based on engines with all iron manifolds and water pumps less bellhousings. - Don't know everything !
3) I,ll take the extra weight in my car....Nothing is as impressive as a 440...Maybe a 413 wedge or a hemi... - Johnny Rotten
