Question 3
1934 Plymouth P.E. What did the P.E stand for?...

Answers
1)   Technically, it didn't stand for anything; it was the higher trim level from that year, and usually bore a DeLuxe badge. (The lower-line '34 Plymouths were PF and PG. I suspect these were just production codes.) - Windowphobe

2)   "Windowphobe" is close, the PE was actually an engineering code for a particular model vehicle, in this case a "deluxe" model 1934 Plymouth which carried a "Deluxe" emblem on the car. - Don't know everything !

3)   Don't listen to windowphobe - Antonio Rios

Question 4
Why is the Chrysler 300 so popular?...

Answers
1)   It appeals to traditionalists who appreciate the classic big American sedan: it's rear-drive (AWD can be had at option), no engine smaller than six cylinders is offered, and its contours seem vaguely menacing. - Windowphobe

2)   I own an 2006 300C. It is comfortable, spacious, corners very well for a car its size, is powerful, and looks mean (I like that). With the traction control system it handles very well in snow. I drove it to work one morning before the roads were plowed and was driving through 3-foot drifts (I did have snow tires on). It's a great car but expensive to maintain and thirsty on gas (part of that is how I drive, though). I love it. - sheltown
