The problems are known and documented so most mechanics can fix it, Insurance for the non-turbo models is medium to low depending on your circumstances. The better models were built from 2002-2004 (in my opinion). Improvements and interior changes were made for 2005 - 2010. - C-Tech

6)   Great first car. Good on gas, one of the cheapest cars to insure, reliable, simple. - DodgeDude

Question 2
Looking at buying a 1995 Eagle Talon?...  So I'm looking at buying a 1995 eagle talon. Has 95k miles.
Interior from 1-10 is about an 8.
Exterior is about an 8.
I went to see it today and he said on his way to show me the line for the turbo oil pick up got messed up.
He told me it should be around 60 dollars to get it replaced or he will replace it tomorrow.
I'm just wondering if these are good cars.
He's selling it for 2300.
It has the 4g63 engine.
Clean title.
And please I don't want to hear anything about insurance rates or about them being sports cars and dangerous.
This is going to be my third car.
I've already got him down four hundred dollars

Question 3
putting a 215/65R16 instead of a 215/70R15 on a 2002 chrysler town & country do anything to the car?...

Answers
1)   Wont do anything to the car in terms of vehicle/computer performance. You will only mess with the speedo and tranny settings if you do a major change in tire size, but those two sizes are almost identical in height and are identical in width. Your doing a bigger rim so there wont be any brake clearance issues either. - DodgeDude

2)   I agree. What you are proposing will not cause any problems. - Matt & Jenny H

3)   I agree with the other two, plus you will need new wheels. - badbill1941

Question 4
2002 Cyr Concorde 3.5, after turning off the car, the coolant fills the reservore, why?...  I replaced the thermostat, and the reservoir, and the cooling system seems to do okay, hoever at times while running the car on the highway, I notice the temp does come up a bit, but then settles down... when I turn off the car... the coolant fills the reservore and pushed out due to pressure. Now the reservor I put in, is a after market, and think maybe that could be the problem, where it is not keeping the pressure and allowing the escape? OR do I just have low fluid... any ideas what to look at? How about the water pump????

Answers
1)   The resevoir is there to accept the overflow. When you turn the car off, the engine is still hot and forces the coolant into the resevoir. Wait a while and it should go back down. There should be a mark on the resevoir for how full it should be when cool. Do not overfill. - jimanddottaylor

2)   This is not abnormal behavior. - D

3)   Everything you are describing is pretty normal, the temp going up then settling, that's when the thermostat opens and allows the coolant to circulate through the radiator. The coolant filling the reservoir after the engine is stopped is normal because the water is no longer circulating and is still drawing heat from the engine, it expands and has to go somewhere so it goes into the reservoir.

Your only problem I see is the reservoir, it is either too small for the quantity of coolant required for your 3.5 or it is the correct size and you have overfilled your cooling system. The reservoir should have LOW and FULL markings on it (if it is a direct replacement for OEM) and it should be no higher than the FULL mark when the engine is "cold". If there are no markings be sure the radiator is full when cold and then fill the reservoir approximately halfway and see what happens. If the system is working properly and filled correctly, you should have no overflow from the reservoir when the engine is stopped. - Don't know everything !

Question 5
why would ALL of my power windows stop working? 1999 Chrysler Concorde.....is there a fuse i can change?...  They all stopped working at once.....is it the wiring or a fuse?......any advice on something i could attempt to do on my own?.....ALL advice is greatly appreciated. Just spent 600 bucks fixing my car up and didn't want to throw in another expense if I could do it myself. Plus.....I'm out of money!.....lol

Answers
1)   Their is a fuse. It will be on the drivers side fuse box. - Boost Logic

2)   Check the fuses, if it is not a blown fuse then it may be a broken ground or power wire in the rubber boot which covers the wiring that runs into the driver's door for the power switches. I would check there first. - C-Tech

3)   If you just spent $600 doing repairs on a Chrysler Concorde you need to have your head examined. Not being rude, just honest. They are a genuine money pit. In regard to the current problem....check your fuses. If they are all good, its a switch gone bad. - Otto
